 Website design and development – In terms of design, we think an effective approach is to design your website with a current Web 2.0 professional theme and Flash header to highlight your company's experience, knowledge and expertise. We recommend the use of Content Management System such as Expression Engine, or a hosted CMS such as Webvanta.com. This design approach will allow you to easily extend the website pages and publish content to any part of the site. This design approach also helps to make search engine marketing (SEO and SEM) much easier. It will create clean search friendly URLs, generate a site map and submit all new content automatically to all major search engines, generate RSS feeds for blog content and allow you to change any meta data (descriptions and keywords) for pages. The CMS also handles your lead forms, contact forms (Contact Us) and provides lead notification by email. Typical features for a custom designed CMS-based website include the following. However each website that we design and develop is consider a custom implemention and is base on your specific requirements.

5. Tools and metrics that track website performance - We use Google Analytics for tracking and reporting. We provide assistance to understand the reports and also set up to auto-generate monthly/weekly reports that will be emailed to you.
6. CMS self-publishing training – included.
7. Self-publishing for articles and testimonial pages – easy to publish template based editing with ability to approve content before it goes live on the site.
8. Blog – includes blog categories and RSS feed. Also includes blogging best practices training.
9. Email Marketing Set Up – includes email capture form set up for Constant Contact.
10. Lead Forms and Notifications– leads are captured in the expression engine data base. Real-time notification and details of all leads are sent to you by email. Landing pages with lead forms and downloadable incentives are optionally available for paid search and lead conversion testing.
11. Hosting and Domain Name – we will arrange for website hosting at a third-party host site. We will use your existing domain and transfer it to your new website.
12. Brand Building– we will provide best practice community and brand building recommendations / mentoring to assist you with leveraging social media marketing tools including your blog, Twitter, video marketing and Facebook.
