Prior to ClickAction /InfoUSA, Reynolds worked for ConnectedMedia Solutions, an Internet professional services firm, which specialized in one-to-one relationship management solutions for electronic commerce and knowledge management web applications. Reynolds was the lead technical architect and mentor for BroadVision, IBM, Microsoft, Yahoo Shopping and BEA sites including: Pitney Bowes, Audible.com, AT&T, Jupiter Communications, Shop at Home and eRugGallery.com and others.
Reynolds is a part-time instructor and developer of educational materials for Rogue Wave Corporation. Reynolds has extensive experience in developing and project managing enterprise-wide applications (web-based commerce, knowledge management) for a variety of platforms. He also holds US patents in the area of advanced pattern recognition, content matching and digital signal processing.
